Ticket Policy

• Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances.
• Tickets cannot be transferred to another date or event.
• Tickets are limited and subject to availability. Once sold out, no additional spaces will be released.

Menu Information

• This event features a set 5-course tasting menu.
• Menu substitutions or alterations are not available.
• Minor changes to the menu may occur due to seasonal availability or unforeseen circumstances.

Allergies and Dietary Requirements

• Allergies or dietary requirements must be communicated at the time of booking by emailing us directly.
• While every effort will be made to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment due to the nature of our kitchen.

Early Bird Offer

• Complimentary fizz is included for bookings made before 18 January.
• Bookings made after this date will not include the complimentary drink.

Seating and Arrival

• Tables are allocated for a maximum of 2 hours to ensure all guests can enjoy the evening.
• Guests are kindly asked to arrive on time. Late arrivals may affect the pacing of the tasting menu.
