Vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable and not exchangeable for cash.
Voucher can not be used after expiry date and must be used within 12 months of purchasing. The actual gift voucher with QR code must be presented for validation to be redeemed. Vouchers can be used for part or full payment of products or services at The Vibe. If the cost exceeds the amount of the gift voucher, the balance must be paid in full by card or cash at the point of payment. Vouchers can not be used in conjunction with any other offer, special events or ticket purchases for events hosted by The Vibe. No change or credit be given in exchange for any amount unused amount. Vouchers can be redeemed for sit in or takeaway services. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for delivery via delivery partners Deliveroo or Uber Eats. Vouchers cannot be used to purchase more Gift Vouchers. We are not responsible if Gift Vouchers are lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission.
